FrictionList uses the information you provide to evaluate, sell, and deliver the Friction Fix service.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, company, email address, industry, task description, screen-recording link, assessment answers, payment status, and communications with us. Stripe handles payment-card details; FrictionList does not store full card numbers.

How we use it

We use this information to assess whether a task is suitable, prepare and deliver the service, provide support, prevent abuse, keep business records, and respond to you. Submitting a Task Check does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Recordings and sensitive information

Please use dummy or redacted data whenever possible. Do not include banking credentials, passwords, protected health information, or other information we do not need. Task Check recordings are deleted after evaluation unless you become a client or ask us to retain them for the work.

Who may receive information

We share information only with service providers needed to operate and deliver the service, such as hosting, email, payment, and workflow tools, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes.

Your choices
