Friction Fix Service Terms

Service

A Friction Fix Sprint covers one workflow within the limits described on the purchase page. The Quick Fix covers up to two systems. The Standard Fix covers up to three systems and may include conditions, approval, and exception handling. We confirm the specific deliverables, required access, and timing after reviewing your intake.

Fit review and refund

If we determine before work begins that the submitted workflow is not suitable for the package purchased, we will explain why and refund the payment. You may cancel for a full refund before we confirm that work has begun. Once work begins, amounts covering completed work and committed non-refundable costs are not refundable, except where required by law or agreed by us in writing.

Timing

Typical delivery is 5–7 business days for a Quick Fix and 7–14 business days for a Standard Fix after scope, access, and sample data are confirmed. Customer delays, third-party outages, or material scope changes may extend delivery.

Customer responsibilities

You agree to provide lawful access, accurate information, safe test data, timely feedback, and authority to make decisions about the workflow. Do not send passwords, banking credentials, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Third-party tools

Software subscriptions and usage fees are separate unless the written scope says otherwise. Whenever practical, tool accounts remain in your name and under your control. Third-party services can change, interrupt, or discontinue features.

Support and changes

The package includes documentation, a walkthrough, and 30 days of defect support for the agreed build. New features, changed requirements, and changes caused by third-party products may require a separate quote.

No guaranteed business outcome

We aim to reduce avoidable work and improve reliability, but we do not guarantee a particular number of hours saved, revenue result, or uninterrupted operation.
