Good work deserves a follow-up.

You sent the quote.
Now bring it
back to life.

Quiet estimates shouldn’t disappear into a spreadsheet. Turn your open quotes into thoughtful follow-ups, clear next steps, and wins you can actually verify.

Illustrative preview · fictional data
Built for contractors with good work to do — and quotes still waiting for an answer.
Less chasing. More clarity.

A simple process for the work
that’s already in your pipeline.

01 /

Bring your open quotes

Import a CSV from QuickBooks, Excel, or the tools you already use. Review the mapping, confirm sent dates in bulk, and keep your history.

02 /

Make the next move

Prepare a personal Day 3, 7, 14, or 21 follow-up (or a single catch-up for stale quotes). Review every word, then send from your own inbox.

03 /

Know what happened

Track replies and outcomes. See confirmed wins after follow-up separately from outstanding quote value and other wins.

Pipeline math · Not a revenue guarantee

No magic.
Just better follow-through.

Will you automatically email my customers?

No. Every follow-up needs human approval. Opening an email draft does not count as sending it. You confirm when it actually went out.

I already have a CRM. Do I need this?

If your existing follow-up process is working, keep it. Quote Rescue helps with stale backlogs, scattered spreadsheets, and the work nobody currently owns.

Do you guarantee recovered revenue?

No. We report confirmed wins after follow-up, backed by an amount, date, and evidence. That is not proof the follow-up caused the sale.

Can I switch between offerings?

Both modes use the same workspace model. Switching the service mode preserves estimates, drafts, and history; it does not grant permissions or change billing automatically.

Where does customer data live?

The public demo is temporary and fictional. Operator rehearsal mode saves locally in your browser. Customer multi-tenant storage uses a configured Supabase project with Row-Level Security.
