Why we publish
Our guides answer questions owners already face: where time disappears, what to automate, when to hire, and how to judge whether a tool is worth the disruption. The goal is a useful answer even if the reader never buys an audit.
How we handle numbers
Time, cost, and savings ranges without a named source are labeled as planning illustrations. They are not industry benchmarks, audited client results, or promises. We encourage readers to calculate from their own volume, minutes, pricing, and adoption.
How we use sources
For policies, privacy commitments, and other claims controlled by an outside organization, we prefer that organization's current documentation. Because products and terms change, readers should verify current vendor information before acting.
How AI is used
AI can help organize drafts and surface questions worth answering. It does not create firsthand client evidence, prove a statistic, or replace judgment. We do not present AI-generated estimates as research.
Corrections and updates
When a material error or stale policy is identified, we revise the page and update its modification date. Our legal pages control where a guide and a contract or policy differ.
