Information we collect
- Contact and business information you submit, such as your name, work email, phone number, company, industry and team size.
- Audit or project content, including call audio, transcripts, answers, operational details and documents or notes you choose to provide.
- Payment and transaction information. Card details are handled by the payment provider; FrictionList does not receive the full card number.
- Basic technical information such as browser, device, pages visited and security logs when collected by our hosting or analytics providers.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and scope services.
- To schedule, conduct, review and deliver Audits, Projects, Right Hand services or ongoing work.
- To prepare findings, calculations, recommendations and debriefs.
- To process payments or refunds and provide customer support.
- To protect the service, investigate errors and improve reliability.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
AI and human review
Ana is an AI voice assistant. Calls may be recorded and transcribed after the caller is informed and consents. Automated systems may help organize and analyze information. Where the service promises human review, a person reviews the relevant output before delivery. Do not provide unnecessary personal, regulated or third-party information.
Service providers
We use providers for website hosting, forms, voice calls and transcription, AI processing, email, databases, analytics and payments. They may process information on our behalf under their own contractual and security terms. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business reorganization.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, support the business relationship, improve and secure the service, and meet legal or accounting obligations. No internet service can promise absolute security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit access to people and providers who need it.
Your choices
You may ask what information we hold about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, or withdraw from non-essential communications. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security or accounting reasons. FrictionList inquiry forms do not add you to a newsletter automatically unless the form explicitly offers and you choose an opt-in.
