Plain-language summary: We collect the information needed to provide and improve your audit. We do not sell personal information for advertising. Our technology providers process information only as needed to run the service.
Information we collect
- Contact and business information you submit, such as your name, work email, phone number, company, industry, and team size.
- Audit content, including call audio, transcripts, answers, operational details, and any documents or notes you choose to provide.
- Payment and transaction information. Card details are handled by our payment provider; FrictionList does not receive the full card number.
- Basic technical information — such as browser, device, pages visited, and security logs — collected when enabled by our hosting or analytics providers.
How we use information
- To schedule, conduct, review, and deliver the FrictionList audit.
- To create findings, calculations, recommendations, and the human debrief.
- To respond to requests, provide continuation links, process payment or refunds, and support the service.
- To protect the service, investigate errors, and improve reliability and audit quality.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
AI and human review
Ana is an AI voice assistant. Calls may be recorded and transcribed after the caller is informed and consents. Automated systems help organize and analyze the information, and a person reviews the findings before the report is delivered. Do not provide personal information about employees or customers unless it is necessary and you are authorized to share it.
Service providers
We use service providers for website hosting, forms, voice calls and transcription, AI processing, email, databases, analytics, and payments. They may process information on our behalf under their own contractual and security terms. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business reorganization.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the audit, support the business relationship, improve and secure the service, and meet legal or accounting obligations. No internet service can promise absolute security, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit access to people and providers who need it.
Your choices
You may ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or withdraw from non-essential communications. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, or accounting reasons. The audit request form does not add you to a newsletter automatically.
