Plain-language summary: FrictionList is a business operations audit, not professional legal, tax, accounting, employment, cybersecurity, or financial advice. You receive the audit described at purchase; any implementation work is separate and optional.
Who may use the service
The service is intended for business owners and authorized representatives who are at least 18 years old. By purchasing or participating, you confirm that you are authorized to discuss the business information you provide.
The audit service
The operations audit currently includes an AI-led operational interview, human review, a written Friction List with findings and recommended next steps, and a human debrief. Timing, scope, and deliverables shown at checkout or confirmed in writing form part of the service description.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for deciding whether to act on any recommendation. Avoid sharing unnecessary personal, confidential, regulated, or third-party information. You must obtain any consent or authorization required for other participants or information you provide.
AI limitations and business decisions
AI systems can misunderstand statements, omit context, or make incorrect suggestions. Human review reduces but cannot eliminate these risks. Findings and estimates depend on the information supplied and may change when better evidence becomes available. You remain responsible for business, employment, compliance, purchasing, and implementation decisions.
Payment and refunds
Prices are shown before payment and are charged through our payment provider. The operations audit is a one-time purchase unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. The 10-Hour Guarantee for the standard operations audit, electrical-contractor audit, and property-manager audit is governed by the refund policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
Implementation services
The audit does not include software subscriptions, custom development, installation, data migration, or ongoing consulting unless explicitly listed. Any additional project or retainer requires a separate scope, price, and agreement. Your $1,000 audit fee is credited in full toward a flat-fee project or against month one of a Fractional AI Officer retainer. Credit applies to work scoped within 90 days of your debrief. You are free to implement recommendations yourself or use another provider.
Intellectual property and permitted use
You may use the report and roadmap internally for your business. FrictionList retains ownership of its interview methods, templates, software, and general know-how. We do not claim ownership of your pre-existing business information.
Confidentiality and privacy
We use reasonable care with non-public business information and process personal information as described in the privacy notice. Do not use the service to submit information you are not permitted to disclose.
No guarantee of business results
Except for the express refund promise included with your purchase, FrictionList does not guarantee revenue, profit, cost savings, customer growth, regulatory compliance, or successful implementation. Estimates are planning tools, not audited financial results.
Changes and availability
We may improve or change the service, but changes do not reduce deliverables already purchased without your agreement. Beta features may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued. If we cannot deliver a paid audit, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include rescheduling or a refund.
