Which FrictionList path fits your business?

Choose by what you know today. You do not need to diagnose the technology, and you do not have to complete one service before another.

The shortest answer: If you do not know what to fix first, start with the Audit. If you know the problem, start with a Project. If everyday small tasks keep coming back to you, consider the Right Hand. If you want someone continuously improving how the company uses AI and automation, use an AI Partner.
Compare the four paths

You can enter anywhere.

Path Best when What you get Pricing approach
Audit You know time is being wasted but not what deserves attention first. About 30 minutes with Ana, human review, written Friction List, priorities and live debrief. $1,000 one time
Projects You already know the workflow or problem you want fixed. Productized fixes or custom AI, automation, integrations and internal tools. Fixed or “from” pricing for repeatable fixes; custom work scoped first.
Right Hand Recurring research, drafting, reminders and small tasks keep landing back on one person. A business-context-aware assistant configured around the company. Standardized setup + monthly pricing while scope remains standardized.
AI Partner You want someone continually finding, prioritizing, building and maintaining improvements. Ongoing AI and operations partnership. Monthly retainer or scoped ongoing engagement.

Pricing should only be presented as fixed where the service is genuinely standardized. Custom project scope can change with systems, access, security, data and edge cases.

Common situations

What should I choose if…

“I just know we're inefficient.”

Start with the Audit. The purpose is to find the repeated work, estimate its impact and identify which opportunities are worth fixing first rather than automating the first annoying thing someone notices.

“We already know the exact problem.”

Start with a Project. You do not need to pay for a diagnostic just to earn the right to hire FrictionList. We scope the problem, confirm what a useful solution would need to do, and price the implementation before it begins.

“I keep doing a hundred little things myself.”

Look at the Right Hand. It is designed for recurring support work around one person or role. If those tasks are symptoms of a broken team-wide workflow, we may recommend fixing the workflow instead.

“We want AI help, but this is going to be ongoing.”

Talk to us about an AI Partner relationship. The goal is not one deliverable. It is to keep identifying opportunities, choosing what is worth doing, building improvements and maintaining what is already running.

“We are not sure which of these describes us.”

Start anywhere. Describe what is happening in ordinary language. Routing the problem is our job.

How the paths connect

These are doors, not steps in a funnel.

A Project client may later want ongoing support. An Audit may uncover a Project. A Right Hand may reveal a team-wide process worth fixing. An AI Partner may never need a formal Audit at all.

Rule of thumb:

Do not know what is broken → Audit. Know what is broken → Project. Need everyday leverage → Right Hand. Want ongoing ownership → AI Partner.
