Big companies have someone whose whole job is putting AI to work.
Now you do too.
You read the audit. You fixed the quick wins. You can see there's more — you just don't have the hours to research it, build it, or babysit it. And you don't have $300,000 for someone whose title is "Chief AI Officer."

One person owns your friction list.
A standing engagement. We agree a build schedule for your tier, work through the next items on your list, keep the earlier fixes running, and tell you honestly what's worth doing next — and what isn't.
One person owns it. You get their phone number.
- Week 1Build sprint on this month's fix.
- Week 2Testing, and your approval.
- Week 3Live. Tuning. Team shown how to use it.
- Week 4Review: hours reclaimed to date, what's next, what we'd skip. One page. Real numbers.

Your $1,000 audit fee comes off month one for work scoped within 90 days of your debrief. Three-month minimum, then month to month. Most owners land on Standard; we'll tell you if Lean is enough.
We show this every month, with your numbers.
In this example, time savings alone do not cover the fee. Additional value—such as fewer lost leads or avoided costs—must be evidenced, not assumed. These are placeholders; we use your numbers and separate time value from cash savings. If the math doesn't make sense, we'll recommend a smaller engagement.
Every month, a written report of hours reclaimed.
If a quarter passes with nothing to show, you can leave without notice and the last month is refunded. Our fee rides on the number, same as the audit.
Questions you probably have
Why not just hire someone?
You could. A capable ops-and-automation hire is $70–90k plus benefits, and they'll spend the first six months learning what the audit found in 30 minutes. Some businesses should make that hire eventually. We'll tell you when you're one of them.
What if there's nothing left to fix?
Then we'll tell you, and you should stop paying us. That's happened. We consider it a good outcome.
Do I need to have done the audit first?
Strongly recommended — it's the list we work from. If you haven't, the first month starts with one, and the fee is credited the same way.
Who actually does the work?
Your named officer, plus specialists from our network when a project calls for them. You never pay for expertise you don't need, and you always know who to call.
Hand over the list.
Requesting costs nothing. We'll review your request and, within one business day, either propose a tier and a start date or tell you a single fix is the smarter move.
